| 25th September 2025 | School Open Evening. . This is the annual opportunity to visit the school and departments, meet with staff and students and hear the Headteacher talk (tickets issued on the day for the 3 talks to regulate numbers in the hall) |

Open mornings are the opportunity to visit the school on a working school day. Visits are by appointment only. Bookings available via the school website in September. |
| 2nd March 2026 | National offer day - school offers sent out to parents and APS by Haringey Admissions Team. |
| Last week of March 2026 | Online parent / carer admissions forms emailed out for completion. |
| This online admissions system includes information from APS and the online forms help us gather essential details about your child, such as learning and support needs, medical issues and school history. | |
| May – June 2026 | Looked after children and those with an EHCP invited to school for admissions meetings to discuss additional needs and support. Students with an EHCP invited into school. Members of SEN team/ transition manger primary schools. |
| .If your child has been offered a place for 2026 and has additional support needs you wish to discuss, please contact the Transition Manager, Ms. O'Flynn, on soflynn@alexandrapark.school. Students who have an ECHP or an LAAC will be contacted by the school. | |
| May – June 2026 | Transition Manager, Ms. O'Flynn to visit main feeder primary schools to speak with staff and children. |
| July 2026 | Taster morning for all year 6 pupils. ALEX classes will attend on one day, PRKS on the other. |
| July 2026 | Parents introduction evening. Information will be sent out in due course. |
| July 2026 | Additional taster session with the inclusion team for pupils with an EHCP. |
| Sept 2026 | School Open Evening provisionally booked for Thursday 24th September. |
