Exam Results - A-Level

We welcome a rull range of students, who join with varied starting points in their academic school career, and make outstanding progress.

Highlights of our 2017 results included:

  • 37% of all A level exams were awarded A*/A grades (26% nationally)
  • 65% of all A level exams were awarded A*-B grades (54% nationally)
  • The overall average grade for A level students was a B
  • 1 in 6 students achieved three A*/A grades
  • Over half of all students in Year 13 achieved at least three A*-B grades
  • Four students achieved 3 or more A* grades
