Music Lesson Timetables

Music lesson timetables Featured

Autumn Term 2017 – timetables are available for the first week of lessons below. We are uploading one day at a time, starting with Monday. Please wait until all the timetables are uploaded (including Friday’s) before contacting us with queries if your child’s name doesn’t appear. Please note that some teachers have changed their teaching day this year, and we have multiple teachers/days on many instruments so do check all relevant timetables if you can’t find your child’s name. Students can leave instruments in the room where they will have their music lesson. Timetables for the full term will be uploaded here next week with rotating lesson times – students must check the time of their lesson carefully each week. If you have any queries, please email me on

We offer music lessons on a wide range of instruments from trumpet to drumkit, violin to saz. Nearly 200 lessons take place each week, with over 170 students learning an instrument or two in school.  If you would like to apply for lessons, please download the APPLICATION FORM below, complete and return it to the Music Office (P7).

If your child is signed up for music lessons, you can download the timetable below.  The timetables are also displayed on the music department noticeboard.  Please note: if your child hasn't been timetabled for a lesson, it usually means that we haven't received payment.  Please check your parent pay account.  If you have any queries, please contact Ms Newell in the school office.

Please note that music lessons continue through the afternoon on Student Progress Days (when normal school lessons are cancelled) and will also take place on Thursday 13 October (when normal lessons are suspended due to parent/teacher meetings and target setting).  Students should attend their music lesson at the scheduled time on these days (but do not need to wear school uniform, unless they are also attending their parent consultation at which all students in Years 7-11 are expected to wear uniform).
